serif;\">\u00a0Evaluaci\u00f3n minuciosa para buscar complicaciones generales y las inducidas por la cirrosis que pueden limitar el ejercicio.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"703\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><em><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">2)<\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">\u00a0Dise\u00f1ar y elegir el programa de ejercicio m\u00e1s adecuado en funci\u00f3n del estado de salud de cada manera simplificada, las sesiones de entrenamiento f\u00edsico pueden constar de 3 componentes:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<table class=\" alignjustify\" width=\"719\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"7\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"703\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><em><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">1)<\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">\u00a0Calentamiento (5-10 min).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"703\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><em><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">2)<\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">\u00a0Fase principal o acondicionamiento f\u00edsico (20-60 min).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"703\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><em><span style=\"color: width=\"703\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">En la fase principal, en pacientes con poca condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica, lo recomendable ser\u00eda iniciar con 20 min de actividad f\u00edsica, con incrementos graduales (5-10\u00a0min cada 1-2 semanas).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Se sugiere 5 d\u00edas\/semana de ejercicio de intensidad ligera o moderada esto determinado mediante la FC<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\"><sub><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">reserva<\/span><\/sub><\/span><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">\u00a0[30-40%] o la escala de Borg, durante 30-60\u00a0min\/d\u00eda (\u2265 150\u00a0min\/semana), de una actividad como caminar o cicloergometr\u00eda. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #2e2e2e;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">De manera pr\u00e1ctica, una actividad f\u00edsica moderada de 150\u00a0min\/semana equivale a entre\u00a0\u2265\u00a05,400-7,900 pasos\/d\u00eda; esto puede ayudar a guiar de manera m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil la prescripci\u00f3n del ejercicio.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p
