carbohidratos pueden recomendarse\u00a0 como estrategias eficientes para el manejo de la obesidad y s\u00edndrome metab\u00f3lico, adem\u00e1s del subgrupo de pacientes con s\u00edndrome de ovario poliqu\u00edstico; sin embargo, deben ser prescritas por profesionales debidamente capacitados, quienes deben evaluar previamente los riesgos y beneficios para cada paciente de forma particular.
