A parte distal do intestino \u00e9 90% povoada por dois filos bacterianos, os <\/span><b><i>Bacteroidetes<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e os <\/span><b><i>Firmicutes<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A microbiota desempenha um papel na <\/span><b>regula\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rios mecanismos bioqu\u00edmicos e fisiol\u00f3gicos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> por meio da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de metab\u00f3litos e subst\u00e2ncias. O acetato \u00e9 absorvido e depois transportado para o n\u00edvel perif\u00e9rico, onde atua como substrato para a s\u00edntese do colesterol, enquanto o propionato, absorvido pela circula\u00e7\u00e3o portal, participa ativamente da gliconeog\u00eanese.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <\/span><b>butirato,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> como principal fonte de energia para os colon\u00f3citos, demonstrou aumentar a sensibilidade \u00e0 insulina em camundongos e tem uma a\u00e7\u00e3o anti-inflamat\u00f3ria que foi recentemente investigada como possuindo uma poss\u00edvel a\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cantiobesog\u00eanica\u201d. O butirato promove a estabilidade da heran\u00e7a celular, favorecendo a convers\u00e3o de c\u00e9lulas com fen\u00f3tipo neopl\u00e1sico em n\u00e3o neopl\u00e1sico.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>produ\u00e7\u00e3o de SCFAs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 estimulada pelo metabolismo anaer\u00f3bico de substratos proteicos e\/ ou pept\u00eddicos (putrefa\u00e7\u00e3o), que geram subst\u00e2ncias potencialmente t\u00f3xicas como am\u00f4nia, aminas, fen\u00f3is, ti\u00f3is e ind\u00f3is.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Os SCFAs, resultantes da atividade enzim\u00e1tica da microbiota sobre os carboidratos n\u00e3o digeridos, exerce as seguintes a\u00e7\u00f5es biol\u00f3gicas:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Modula\u00e7\u00e3o glic\u00eamica, geralmente com efeito hipoglic\u00eamico.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u00e7\u00e3o na homeostase da glicose: efeito inibit\u00f3rio da glic\u00f3lise e estimula\u00e7\u00e3o da lipog\u00eanese ou gliconeog\u00eanese.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Controle inibit\u00f3rio da produ\u00e7\u00e3o excessiva de colesterol, por meio da a\u00e7\u00e3o direta sobre a s\u00edntese das enzimas envolvidas em sua produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regula\u00e7\u00e3o da saciedade por meio de pept\u00eddeos, como a leptina, envolvidos em seu controle. Em particular, foi demonstrado que os SCFAs diminuem a ingest\u00e3o aguda de energia sem aumentar a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o do pept\u00eddeo 1 semelhante ao glucagon (GLP-1) ou do pept\u00eddeo YY (PYY) em humanos e roedores.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regula\u00e7\u00e3o da atividade cin\u00e9tica intestinal, transporte de flu\u00eddos e a\u00e7\u00e3o mucoprotetora.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u00e7\u00e3o anticancer\u00edgena<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u00e7\u00e3o anti-inflamat\u00f3ria<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H\u00e1 evid\u00eancias crescentes de que qualquer modifica\u00e7\u00e3o na composi\u00e7\u00e3o da microbiota pode ter um impacto negativo em suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es fisiol\u00f3gicas. Para isso, existem dois termos-chave: <\/span><b>eubiose<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e <\/span><b>disbiose<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O termo <\/span><b>eubiose<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> refere-se a uma condi\u00e7\u00e3o de equil\u00edbrio qualitativo e quantitativo entre as diferentes esp\u00e9cies de micro-organismos que comp\u00f5em a microbiota e que garantem uma produ\u00e7\u00e3o correta dos metab\u00f3litos e subst\u00e2ncias necess\u00e1rias ao bom funcionamento do nosso organismo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O termo <\/span><b>disbiose<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> indica uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o na composi\u00e7\u00e3o e fun\u00e7\u00e3o da microbiota, com dois resultados negativos poss\u00edveis: primeiro, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o incorreta de todos os metab\u00f3litos e subst\u00e2ncias essenciais para o desempenho das fun\u00e7\u00f5es fisiol\u00f3gicas. Em segundo lugar, o aumento da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de metab\u00f3litos prejudiciais.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" data-attachment-id=\"33308\"
