Descripci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>

Diferentes estudios han encontrado que la alteraci\u00f3n persistente del metabolismo de los nutrientes y\/o la homeostasis de la energ\u00eda, causada por la deficiencia o exceso de nutrientes, induce estr\u00e9s celular que conduce a la desregulaci\u00f3n metab\u00f3lica y al da\u00f1o tisular, y finalmente al desarrollo de s\u00edndromes metab\u00f3licos. El reciente aumento en la prevalencia de enfermedades relacionadas con la nutrici\u00f3n y problemas de salud intensifica la demanda de profesionales de la nutrici\u00f3n cl\u00ednica altamente calificados. Asimismo, en el futuro, se proyecta una gran demanda de especialistas en esta \u00e1rea. La profesi\u00f3n del nutricionista cl\u00ednico desempe\u00f1a un papel activo en la sociedad, su rol es contribuir de manera efectiva y positiva al desarrollo de la atenci\u00f3n oportuna del cliente\/paciente, por lo tanto la capacitaci\u00f3n de profesionales en el \u00e1rea de la nutrici\u00f3n con educaci\u00f3n basada en competencias sigue siendo imperante en la actualidad.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
