Se essas maiores exig\u00eancias nutricionais n\u00e3o forem atendidas, podem afetar a sa\u00fade do bin\u00f4mio m\u00e3e-filho, trazendo diversas complica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o desempenha um papel fundamental no desenvolvimento do futuro beb\u00ea durante a gravidez e lacta\u00e7\u00e3o. Imediatamente ap\u00f3s a concep\u00e7\u00e3o, o organismo materno inicia uma s\u00e9rie de processos fisiol\u00f3gicos, bioqu\u00edmicos e metab\u00f3licos de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o que requerem um aumento das necessidades nutricionais para a gesta\u00e7\u00e3o e lacta\u00e7\u00e3o. O n\u00e3o atendimento dessas necessidades nutricionais est\u00e1 relacionado a problemas de prematuridade e morbimortalidade neonatal.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada gestante tem necessidades particulares, que se devem aos seus h\u00e1bitos e costumes alimentares, e devem ser adaptadas aos desconfortos do estado fisiol\u00f3gico pelo qual est\u00e3o passando e \u00e0s suas prefer\u00eancias ou desejos. Por isso, a ingest\u00e3o de alimentos ricos em prote\u00ednas, tanto de origem animal quanto vegetal, \u00e9 essencial para o bom desenvolvimento fetal.<\/li><li><strong>C\u00e1lcio:<\/strong> Durante a gravidez ocorrem altera\u00e7\u00f5es que ajudam a suprir as necessidades de c\u00e1lcio, aumentando a absor\u00e7\u00e3o intestinal, reduzindo as perdas pela urina e fezes e facilitando sua passagem pela placenta, al\u00e9m de aumentar a mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00f3ssea. A ingest\u00e3o de c\u00e1lcio atrav\u00e9s de alimentos e\/ou suplementos \u00e9 essencial, seja em alimentos l\u00e1cteos ou vegetais ricos em c\u00e1lcio de origem vegetal.<\/li><li><strong>Ferro:<\/strong> A ingest\u00e3o diet\u00e9tica recomendada (IDR) para o ferro \u00e9 de 27 mg\/dia, que geralmente n\u00e3o pode ser coberta com a ingest\u00e3o diet\u00e9tica, sendo necess\u00e1ria sua suplementa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><li><strong>Zinco:<\/strong> A ingest\u00e3o insuficiente de zinco est\u00e1 associada a baixo peso ao nascer e parto prematuro. As fontes alimentares deste mineral s\u00e3o principalmente frutos do mar, carnes, v\u00edsceras vermelhas, ovos e gr\u00e3os integrais.<\/li><li><strong>\u00c1cido f\u00f3lico:<\/strong> A defici\u00eancia de folato durante o in\u00edcio da gravidez est\u00e1 associada ao aumento da incid\u00eancia de defeitos do tubo neural e anormalidades card\u00edacas cong\u00eanitas.<\/li><\/ul><p>Atualmente, considera-se que todas as mulheres que est\u00e3o planejando uma gravidez devem tomar suplementos de \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico. Recomenda-se uma ingest\u00e3o adequada de \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico pelo menos um m\u00eas antes da gravidez e durante os tr\u00eas meses seguintes, em uma gravidez planejada.<\/p><ul><li><strong>\u00c1cidos graxos essenciais:<\/strong> a suplementa\u00e7\u00e3o com \u00e1cidos graxos \u00f4mega-3 tem se mostrado eficaz no tratamento da depress\u00e3o tanto em gestantes quanto em outros tipos de pacientes. Portanto, \u00e9 aconselh\u00e1vel suplementar as mulheres gr\u00e1vidas com esses \u00e1cidos graxos para prevenir e tratar a depress\u00e3o relacionada \u00e0 gravidez. Foi demonstrado que o DHA \u00e9 essencial para o desenvolvimento do c\u00e9rebro, sistemas visuais e cognitivos de rec\u00e9m-nascidos e beb\u00eas.<\/li><li><strong>Fibra:<\/strong> O aumento dos n\u00edveis de progesterona durante a gravidez provoca um relaxamento nos m\u00fasculos do trato digestivo, o que explica a presen\u00e7a de sintomas como n\u00e1useas, v\u00f4mitos, azia p\u00f3s-prandial e constipa\u00e7\u00e3o. Por isso, recomenda-se o consumo de alimentos fontes de fibras nesse per\u00edodo, que, aliados ao aumento da ingest\u00e3o de \u00e1gua, estimulam a evacua\u00e7\u00e3o intestinal. As fontes alimentares de fibra diet\u00e9tica s\u00e3o vegetais crus e frutas; cereais e leguminosas com suas embalagens ou cascas.<\/li><li><strong>Vitamina D:<\/strong> \u00c9 essencial no metabolismo do c\u00e1lcio. A placenta produz vitamina D que favorece o transporte transplacent\u00e1rio de c\u00e1lcio. Os IDRs s\u00e3o semelhantes aos da mulher normal, 5 \u00b5g\/dia. N\u00e3o se esque\u00e7a que a principal fonte desta vitamina \u00e9 a luz solar, para que, com a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o regular ao sol, possam ser fornecidas quantidades suficientes.<\/li><\/ul><p>Existem poucas fontes naturais de alimentos ricos em vitamina D, como peixes gordurosos e gemas de ovos; tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 encontrado no leite.
