Uma vez que, os dist\u00farbios nutricionais como os transtornos alimentares e mesmo a obesidade, est\u00e3o, na grande maioria das vezes, diretamente relacionados aos dist\u00farbios de humor como depress\u00e3o e ansiedade.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, a persuas\u00e3o da m\u00eddia e das redes sociais tamb\u00e9m podem influenciar de forma negativa em in\u00fameros aspectos nutricionais.
