una revisi\u00f3n del art\u00edculo &#8220;C\u00f3mo implementar la dieta baja en FODMAP&#8221; publicado en la revista Journal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, que ofrece una gu\u00eda detallada sobre c\u00f3mo aplicar la dieta FODMAP en la pr\u00e1ctica cl\u00ednica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La dieta baja en FODMAP (fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ha demostrado ser efectiva para reducir los s\u00edntomas del s\u00edndrome del intestino irritable (SII) y otras afecciones gastrointestinales, sin embargo, su aplicaci\u00f3n puede ser compleja y requiere una comprensi\u00f3n completa de la dieta y de las necesidades individuales de cada paciente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El art\u00edculo comienza con una introducci\u00f3n detallada de los carbohidratos fermentables FODMAP, explicando c\u00f3mo estos pueden contribuir a los s\u00edntomas gastrointestinales, como hinchaz\u00f3n, dolor abdominal, diarrea y estre\u00f1imiento. Durante esta etapa, se eliminan todos los alimentos que contienen carbohidratos fermentables FODMAP y se promueve el consumo de alimentos bajos en FODMAP y nutritivos.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bff5139 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bff5139\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Reintroducci\u00f3n<\/b><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La secci\u00f3n de reintroducci\u00f3n de la dieta FODMAP es la siguiente y se describe como la etapa en la que se introducen gradualmente alimentos FODMAP en la dieta del paciente para determinar cu\u00e1les son los desencadenantes de los s\u00edntomas. Esta etapa se lleva a cabo despu\u00e9s de la etapa de eliminaci\u00f3n y puede durar de 6 a 8 semanas.<\/span><\/p><p>El art\u00edculo detalla las diferentes categor\u00edas de FODMAP y los alimentos que se incluyen en cada una de ellas.
